MCCB Workplace Culture Committee
The MCCB Workplace Culture Committee is a group of faculty, trainees, and staff who work together to support the department's goal of fostering a positive environment that is supportive for all members.
Our work includes:
- Organizing departmental initiatives that strengthen a culture of connection and belonging
- Creating opportunities for professional learning and knowledge sharing through information sessions, workshops, and lunch-and-learn events
- Serving as a forum to discuss issues relevant to our community
- Promoting departmental interaction and collaboration with the UMass Chan Medical School Diversity and Inclusion Office
