Format and Description

Foundations of Clinical Teaching and Educational Planning - focuses on a model of systematic educational planning for effective and efficient integration of teaching into clinical practice; we model and practice teaching skills for clinical reasoning and offer opportunities to apply new skills in teaching and assessment

  • A total of 2 days of in-person training:  two full days of training on Friday, October 23, 2026, and Friday, April 2, 2027. 
  • The learning sessions alternate between brief, large-group didactics and small groups, which include the application of new skills and case- and problem-based learning.

The 2026 - 2027 Teaching of Tomorrow course will consist of 2 one-day, in-person workshops, both held at the New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill, Boylston, MA
