Visitor and Vendor Registration
UMass Chan Medical School maintains a comprehensive visitor management program requiring all visitors— including uncredentialed vendors, guests, job candidates, and prospective students— to be registered in advance by a UMass Chan host prior to arrival on campus.
Upon arrival, visitors are greeted by Campus Safety personnel at designated entry points. Staff will verify the visitor’s registration and review a valid photo ID before granting access. Current visitor registration locations include:
- Main School Lobby and Loading Dock
- Albert Sherman Center (ASC) Lobby
- Lazare Research Building Lobby
All visitors are issued a same-day sticker badge, which must be worn visibly at all times while on campus.
- Uncredentialed visitors must be escorted at all times by their UMass Chan host while onsite.

Vendor Registration Managed by Campus Services
The following credentialed vendors will have scheduled visits managed by campus services. These vendors' regularly scheduled visits do not need to be scheduled in Eptura by an employee host.
