Our residency is deeply rooted in the community we serve. We train physicians who are not only clinically excellent, but also socially accountable. - Unopposed Inpatient Training:
Inpatient training is conducted at the Leominster campus of UMass Memorial HealthAlliance–Clinton Hospital. With no competing residency programs, you’ll benefit from hands-on experience and close, individualized teaching from engaged attendings. - Support for Work-Life Balance:
We understand that physician wellness matters. Our culture emphasizes balance, flexibility, and time for family and life outside of medicine. - Strong Osteopathic Integration:
With over 30 years of collaboration with the American Osteopathic Association, our program maintains full Osteopathic Recognition through the ACGME. - Clinic Built for Learning:
Our modern clinical facility, opened in 2014, was designed specifically to support team-based care and optimize resident learning.
