Event Description
Your voice helps build a more connected and inclusive community at UMass Chan.Belonging is something we build together. Through this project, we invite you to reflect on your experiences and share how we can continue to strengthen belonging through our everyday actions and connections. The Belonging Project is being spearheaded by our newest CEOD subcommittee, Belonging.We invite you to respond to one or more of the prompts below. Responses can be brief or detailed, and you may choose to submit anonymously. You are also welcome to share a personal story or recognize a colleague who has helped create a sense of belonging. Prompts:
- What does belonging look like in practice at UMass Chan?
- One action I will take this month to strengthen belonging is . . .
- A moment when I felt a sense of belonging at UMass Chan was . . .
Responses may be shared across the UMass Chan community in places like UpNext, Engage, and DIO social media to inspire others and highlight the many ways belonging shows up across campus.Submissions will be shared throughout the months of May and June, so please share early and often!
