The samples below give you a look at what learning in the Certificate Program actually looks and feels like.
What course content looks like
Modules in the Certificate Program include four types of content, designed to complement each other across the arc of the course.
Video lectures The primary content format: pre-recorded presentations by course faculty, covering clinical concepts, evidence-based approaches, and primary care applications. Every module includes video lectures from faculty who practice in integrated settings. |
Downloadable handouts, resources, and clinical tools Each module includes point-of-care resources you can put to immediate use: assessment tools, clinical checklists, brief intervention guides, and documentation templates, all adapted for integrated primary care practice. |
Demonstration videos Featured in Part 3, these annotated clinical demonstrations show psychotherapy approaches as they are actually applied in primary care: paced for brief visits, adapted for the team-based setting, and focused on practical use with the patients you will see most often. |
Optional monthly live office hours Once a month, learners can join an open Q&A session with course faculty. Office hours run on the fourth Wednesday of each month, 12:30 to 1:30 PM Eastern Time. Attendance is optional, and sessions are not recorded. |
