1. check ALT in view source of WYSIWYG and make sure it is set. Defaults to image name if unset in image, or will pick up text if set in ALT of image

2 Files - drag and drop file in WYSIWYG which will create a hyperlink on the file name

3. Image - drag and drop and image in the WYSIWYG and it will display the image. You can then select it and edit in the image editor
