Workplace Violence

Workplace violence poses a serious problem for employees, managers, Human Resource personnel, and organizations. Workplace violence can impact the safety, security, performance, and ultimately the success in the workplace. Workplace violence can include assault (up to and including homicide), suicide, domestic violence, stalking, threats, bullying, intimidation, harassment and emotional abuse.

 The EAP assists organizations with policy development and training to promote a safe workplace.

The EAP provides consultation for Human Resource personnel and managers to address employee issues of workplace violence.

The EAP assists employees and family members to address issues of anger, domestic abuse and violence, including emotional and verbal abuse.
