The application is modeled after the American Medical College Application Service (AMCAS) national application. All information collected is confidential.

• The application deadline has been extended to March 7, 2025.
• Letters of Recommendation are due on March 7, 2025
  • A Letter from a premed advisor and a prerequisite science professor is required
  • Additional letters from employers, lab hosts, volunteer hosts, etc. can be submitted as well
  • Letters of recommendation can be uploaded to your online application or emailed to BaccMD@umassmed.edu
  • Transcripts should be sent at the end of the academic year when available. They are not due by the application deadline. They can be emailed to BaccMD@umassmed.edu or uploaded directly to your online application.
