Sakeina Howard-Wilson and Lara Kovell Contribute to the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Maternal Health Showcase 

Sakeina Howard-Wilson, DO, a third-year fellow in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, and Lara Kovell, MD, associate professor of medicine in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, recently contributed to the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Maternal Health Showcase in July.  

Dr. Howard-Wilson delivered a presentation on hypertension and community outreach to an audience of over 100 community health professionals from across the state. In her talk, she highlighted effective interventions for communities traditionally underrepresented in research.
