Retirement information:

• Massachusetts State Employee Retirement System (pension) - call the State Board of Retirement at 800-392-6014 (in Massachusetts) or 617-367-7770 (outside Massachusetts) for a statement of their contributions and vesting date.
• Optional Retirement Program (ORP)  - contact your ORP provider.
• For additional help, email the Benefits team or call 508-856-5260, press #1.

Tuition benefits, COBRA, and other benefits questions: email the Benefits team or call 508-856-5260, press #1.

Tax (including W-2 needs) and payroll related information:  email the Payroll team or call 508-856-5260, press #4.

If you leave UMass before the electronic W-2 is available, you will receive a paper copy via the U.S. Postal Service. If your mailing address changes after you leave UMass Chan  email the HR Data Group to change your address on file to ensure you receive your final W-2.
