Molecular regulation of necroptosis

Our lab identified the receptor interacting protein kinases RIPK1 and RIPK3 are critical regulators of necroptosis in 2009.  Since then, the field of necroptosis research has undergone a renaissance.  More recently, we are beginning to turn our focus to how these kinases regulate inflammatory signaling independent of cell death.
